The Naked and Famous - Frayed

Featured song today. Just because it sounds so rockin’ for today’s gloomy mood.

The Naked and Famous - Punching in a Dream (Does It Offend You, Yeah? Remix)

I don’t usually like remixes, but Does It Offend You, Yeah? is one of the few rock-electro band that I like and The Naked and Famous is a band that I’m currently into. A mix of those two is obviously an exception, and it’s not so bad either.

The Naked and Famous - Punching in A Dream

Man, this particular group have been mentioned so many times around the music blogosphere that I was curious to check em out. They’re from New Zealand, the female vocal is off Asian descent and she’s pretty. Their album is Passive Me, Aggressive You, and from what I heard it’s pretty cool.

They also somehow reminded me of a combo of Passion Pit and Asobi Seksu. I feel like calling it electro-fantasy, I don’t know why.
